We set up, clean up, and supervise the event!
Every party has an event host that helps guide your experience and keep the action moving along. That means that parents can sit back, enjoy, and take pictures of all the fun…or they can get in on the action too!

Details:

How It Works: Parties are split up into groups (of 4-6 players each) that rotate through the main activities selected.

Timing: Parties last approximately 2 hours with time for main activities, pizza, and cake (if desired). Additional time in the party room is available upon request.

VR Height Requirement: Guests must be over 52″ to participate in VR.

Additional Guests: Non-participating guests (chaperones, parents, etc.) are welcome, but limited to 8 total due to the size of the party room space.

Capacity: Base Party Packages are for up to up to 8, with the option to add up to 4 more participating guests (12 total).
Frequently asked questions
Can we bring additional Guests?
Due to the capacity of the party room, we ask that you keep the number of additional (non-participating) guests to 8 people.
Can we bring our own food?
We offer a full menu of food options from our Snack Bar. Everything is made-to-order, in-house; but if you’d like to bring your own food (aside from desserts – cakes, cookies, etc.), there is a service/cleanup fee of $25.
Can we bring cake or cupcakes?
You are welcome to bring desserts for your party! Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee storage of ice cream or ice cream bake desserts.
What do you provide for the guest of honor?
Every party guest of honor receives a special “Player 1 Lanyard”, T-shirt, and a Free Ride on the VR Rollercoaster!
Can I decorate?
You are welcome to decorate! We ask that no adhesive be used that can damage the walls or any other décor or equipment in the space. Glitter or confetti may not be used and the use of open flames (i.e. candles) is prohibited except under supervision of a Sector X staff member.
For the Standard Parties - What is the general structure of the event?
- Start: Greet the Party Guests and show everyone to the party space
- First 30-40 minutes: Split up our groups for Round 1 of Activities
- Halfway: Everyone Gathers in the party space for pizza!
- 30-40 minutes: Round 2 of Activities (Groups Switch)
- Last 15-20 minutes: Back to the party room for cake!
For the Bigger Parties – what is the general structure of the event?
We always have a dedicated staff for every party to make sure guests have fun; there is no set structure for Bigger Parties. We always ask the host how involved you’d like our team to be. You can select if you’d like a guided experience or allow free-play for your guests (See Below) and we also ask if you’d like us to gather your guests at any point throughout the event for food, cake, etc.
For Bigger Parties – What's the difference between Free-Play and a Guided Experience?
We offer two styles of party for larger groups – Free Play and Guided Experience. In Free-Play, guests can play whatever they’d like for the duration of the party. In a Guided Experience – we ensure that guests get to play one specific attraction of choice (i.e. free-roam VR or PvP VR) and otherwise can play whatever they’d like. Guided Experience is only available for groups under 20 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Party Package deposits are non-refundable in any form. If a party is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the reservation date, and an amount of the balance is paid aside from the deposit – the amount, excluding the deposit, is refunded in the form of store credit/gift card.
